We love our small community and believe that when a community flourishes, everybody wins.
That’s why we’re passionate about the organic, fair-trade coffee farmers we work with Worldwide who are doing the same.
Together, we’re able to bring you healthy, delicious, organic coffee that makes the world a better place in the process.

AIR ROASTED IN SMALL BATCHES, JUST FOR YOU
Did you know that air-roasting coffee beans results in a cleaner, more vibrant flavor profile?
At Aethereal Coffee, we don’t use big drums to roast our coffee, which can result in an uneven roast and a muted flavor.
We want you to taste all the intricacies of your coffee beans.
That’s why we roast them in small batches using streams of hot air, which results in a superior flavor, connecting you to the coffee bean’s origins and highlighting the region where it comes from.
Too many people think that brewing an amazing cup of coffee requires intricate coffee knowledge or a fancy grinder, but when you have the right beans… making incredible coffee can be easy.
Whether you make a simple pour-over each morning or want to up your Espresso skills, our whole-bean coffee ensures you brew a perfect cup. With us, you really can’t go wrong… even if it’s your first time grinding coffee, and yes, a basic $15 grinder works just great!
No matter how you brew your coffee, the result is other-worldly Aethereal flavor and feeling you just can’t get anywhere else.

We carefully select the farms we work with to ensure they engage in fair trade, organic coffee farming practices so that each purchase you make goes back into the people and communities who work so hard to give you outstanding coffee.

WHY AETHEREAL COFFEE?
It’s not just because we air-roast our coffee here in Alaska — although the clean air doesn’t hurt.
Aethereal means other-worldly, airy, heavenly.
The word “aethereal” comes from Greek mythology. Aether is considered one of the original Gods that emerged at the beginning of the Universe and represents the clear sky and pure essence of the heavens.
The word “aether” refers to the pure, bright upper air that the Gods breathed.
The aethereal is also a realm where perfection and the Divine exist.
We roast each and every bag of our coffee to live up to the name.
